Southern Baltic – mobility at labor market and most wanted professions in the region

On behalf of Entrepreneurs Gdynia Entrepreneurship Support Centre, we prepared two expert reports.

The first one consisted of an analysis of Eurobarometer data with regard to most wanted professions in Souther Baltic region. The second report concerned the conducive factors and barriers for mobility at labor market, in particular the metropolitan area of Tricity, including: administrative and legal barriers, cross-border social security systems, transfer of rights to additional pension benefits, professional qualification recognition.

The reports were developed under the “Labor market dynamics and attractive business environment in South Baltic region (South Baltic Professionals)” project run by Gdynia Entrepreneurship Support Centre.
