Bimbo Group is one of the biggest producers in food industry in Latin America. We carried out research for them in the area of bakery products sector, with special focus on Mexican bread of tortilla type.

Research included European retail markets and HoReCa sector. It provided information among others about estimated value of the market and the most common distribution channels.

Research aimed also at identifying the most important competition producers and distributors of this kind of bread. Desk research method was applied as well as store check analysis and gaining qualitative data through IDI.
