We connect Warsaw SME’S with partners from 10 European cities

We are carrying out a phase of European project CrossInnovation for the City Council of Warsaw. 10 SME’s from Warsaw thanks to our mediation will set up cooperation with companies from partner cities, ranging from Tallinn to Lisbon.

CrossInnovation is a process of matching enterprises from creative sector with companies from traditional sectors in order to exchange knowledge and best practices. Thanks to that new added value is created, as well as new products and business products, enriching functioning of both enterprises. Example is provided by cooperation between company producing nanotechnological impregnates to car body with architects, thanks to which an idea comes up to create and patent substance protecting historical buildings and art, both enterprises can start international expansion with new, innovative product.

We mention international expansion for a good reason – AGERON is carrying out CrossInnovation’s phase devoted to internationalization of the enterprises which want to cooperate between sectors. 10 small and medium companies will start cooperation with enterprises from other partner cities, including Birmingham, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Rome, Lisbon, Pilsen, Tallinn, Vilnius, Berlin and Linz. It should be rather clarified that 5 companies from Warsaw representing growth sectors (for example nanotechnology, optoelectronics, biotechnology, energy sector) will be matched with creative enterprises from whole Europe, 5 creative companies from Warsaw (mainly from the area of design, marketing and information technologies) will be matched with foreign partners. Apart from matchmaking services, AGERON provides also trainings and consulting concerning export activities.
