The Southern Baltic Sea – the mobility of labor market and most wanted professions in the region
We have already started work on expert reports being a component of “Labor market dynamics and attractive business environment in South Baltic region” project (SB Professionals).
The experts of AGERON Polska are preparing two reports for the Gdynia Entrepreneurship Support Centre. The first one will contain the Eurobarometer data analysis in respect of most wanted professions in South Baltic region. The main aim of the second report is to determine the factors conducive of the labor market mobility and the barriers that constrain the mobility. Particularly, the labor market of metropolitan Tricity, including: administrative and legal barriers, cross-border social security systems, transferring the right to additional pension and invalidity allowance benefits, the recognition of professional qualifications.
The reports will be presented for instance at workshops held during Labor Trades in Gdynia, the meetings of project partners and Gdynia Entrepreneurship Support Centre.
“Labor market dynamics and attractive business environment in South Baltic region” project (SB Professionals) is run by Gdynia Entrepreneurship Support Centre. The main aim of the project is to fight the unemployment, in particular thanks to local and regional labor market participants’ integration, development of information on job offers, preparation of programs and concepts of labor market integration processes and labor market increased availability.
