AGERON supports Masovian Energy Cluster

We finished another project connected with clusters. We prepared “Formulating strategy of gaining new Cluster’s members” for the Masovia Energy Cluster.

For the Masovia Energy Agency, leader of the Masovia Energy Cluster, created slightly over a year ago, AGERON’s consultants analyzed current development situation of the Cluster, challenges and problems it will face in the close future, in the aspect of gaining new members, constructing new products offer, creating optimal organizational forms and communication of the Cluster brand. Defined important topics were tackled also at the workshops which we carried out for the Cluster’s members. Conclusions from the discussion and our consultants’ knowledge in the area of cluster organizations’ functioning were included in the final report. We hope that it will contribute to better functioning of the newly established Cluster.
